INA232: schematic review

Hi Corry,

The schematic looks good overall, I have one suggestion though:

1. The common mode cap (C11274) is technically redundant, also if customer insists on keeping it, then IN- should have one as well to keep the sense lines balanced.

2. During layout, please ensure C203 is placed close the input pins and that the shunt is placed as close as possible to the device.
