I have a National Semi LM324AM in production design as 5.0 voltage reference, but TI LM324A output oscillates 360mV when used to replace National Semi part.

What are the difference between these parts, and how do i remove the oscillation?

The output capacitor creates a output pole which adds 90 degrees of phase lag. The LM324 internal frequency capacitor also creates pole which another 90 degrees of lag. If both poles are still in effect when the LM324 loop gain is 0dB (unity gain) , then the device can oscillate.
The attached TI-Tina schematic measures the loop gain and phase. By adding R2 and C2 the phase margin was improved to 67 degrees.
