ADC sampling rate required for VFC320

Hi,

I am planning to use VFC320 as FVC. The input frequency is up to 1 MHz. So I would like to know if i am giving the FVC output to an ADC then what is the minimum sampling rate required?

Also I would like to know whether the FVC output voltage will have same frequency as input or it will be less than that.
