1， using OPA2354 to amplfy IDR signal and SCH as below, Vcc=3.3V.
2,They found Voutb bias voltage is about 1V when testing
3,remove C0101 cap and cut off backward stage, Voutb bias voltage is about 500mV
4,put this opa2354 on a new board and remove input signal ,we found the voutb is abnormal as below,Vcc=3V, Vout-2.8V
