In Section 5 "Pin Configuration and Functions" of Datasheet INA138 (SBOS122D –DECEMBER 1999–REVISED DECEMBER 2014), the Pin no details for Pin 4 and 5 are swapped and not matching with Package.
The Pin no 4 is marked as VIN- in Top View and specified as V+ in Pin functions table. Also Pin no 5 is marked as V+ in Top View and specified as VIN- in Pin functions table.
Kindly confirm us which one is correct details..
