For INA138 pin outs, i came across the link regarding pin 4 & 5 conflicts https://e2e.ti.com/support/amplifiers/current-shunt-monitors/f/931/p/577324/2118499?tisearch=e2e-sitesearch&keymatch=INA138#2118499

Still the datasheet remains unchanges. Can you please help me in getting updated datasheet.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We will have the INA138 datasheet corrected in the next day and posted next week.

In the meantime, if you need a correct pinout table you can use the INA138-Q1 datasheet.
