THS4511: Enquire on THS4511 RGTT and SP process technologies node

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to find out the process technologies node for THS4511 - RGTT and SP.

Is both devices fab base on BiCOM 3 process technologies node.

What is the main different between RGTT and SP grade, is both part based on same process technologies where SP grade are subjected to addition screening and different in packaging?

Hi Nick,

Yes, the process technology node for THS4511 - RGTT and SP is the same. It is the additional RAD hard screening and packaging that is different between the RGTT and SP versions of the part.
