TINA/Spice/LMV342: Simulation voltage follower circuit with VICR=0V to 4V and Vcc=5V condition

Part Number: LMV342
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI,

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Hi all

Would you mind if we ask LMV342?
We simultated voltage follower circuit with VICR=0V to 4V and Vcc=5V condition using TINA-TI.
Please refer to the attachment file.
20170603_LMV342.TSC

This device's rail is In to V-,Out.
Therefore, we recognize that we can get the result Vout=0V to 4V in case of VICR=0V to 4V(Vcc-1.0V).
However, we could not get above result using TINA-TI.
If you have some advice, could you let us know?

And then, if our customer would like to use Vicr= 0V to 100mV range, it is no problem, right?
(If you have the result of wave form with Vicr= 0V to 100mV range, could you let us know?)

Kind regards,

Hirotaka Matsumoto
