Could you teach about input capacitance value of SHDNB pin?

I would like to calculate how long does it take to shutdown.

It may be difficult to say specific value.

Could you say that it may be equal to or less than xxx pF?

Or could you say that it may be sufficiently small not to require consideration?

Takao-san,

I do not have information on shutdown pin capacitance. It is probably fastest to just measure shutdown time on sample device. All you need is power supply, function generator, and oscilloscope. Use buffer configuration, single 5V supply, connect non-inverting input pin to 2.5V, and connect output to 1Mohm resistor to 2.5V. Then apply square wave to shutdown pin and monitor output.

I expect shutdown time to be much shorter than power up time.
