My customer has the following question.
Can you confirm theta jc (where jc is to bottom of device … or junction to lead) for lf356 in soic8 package? Datasheet only has theta ja. We are carrying a jc of 65 C/watt, but this is just about the highest value (ok, second highest) we have for a soic 8 in our database. Most of the 40 or 50 values I saw were between 25 and 50. Anyway, I thought it useful to double check, as this is causing design issues in a current redesign which carries a 375 mw maximum power dissipation.
