LM321: SOT-23 Replacement with >90C Operating Temperature

Hello Team,

I tried to find LM321 SOT-23 package p2p op amp which has supply voltage > 16V and operating temperature range > 90C but not able to find one.

Could you let me know which wide supply SOT-23 op amp has south-east pin out?

I checked Selguide.
www.ti.com/.../opamps-selguide

Only TL343 has this pinout for 16V and DBV package.

Ting,

TL343 supports 125C.
Why does it have to be this pinout?
Is it an old design and new temperature requirement?

Hello Ron,

Thank you for the prompt supports! (I searched by parametric search tool but not able to find one...)

TL343 operating temperature is -40C to 125C. I think it can cover my temperature requirement.

Ting,

Yes, TL343 is 125C device. The product page is in error, I will get that fixed.

Hi Ting,

The following also have the "South-East" pin-out, Vs >16V and >85°C:

OPA170

OPA171

OPA172

Note that some of these have different SOT-23 and SC-70 pinouts - so be careful which you are selecting...

At some point in the future...I will add pinout as a searchable field to Selgude.
