Could you share the Temperature Dependency Data for TLV6002, TLV272, and OPA2376 ?

 

Our customer is just working on these devices for their next gen system, then they want to know how the Input Voltage Noise change at the range of -20C ~ 70C.

    You are looking for information on how the input voltage noise changes with temperature? Unfortunately we don't characterize that information for our devices. I recommend that you take a look at this post and read the article linked there. It will give you some guidelines on estimating voltage noise shift over temperature.
