Folks,
I am rephrasing my question "can TLV27L1 operate with full functionality with CMV = -0.2V for temperature range -20deg.C to +85deg.C"?
I am unable to understand the datasheet. It is not as clearly stated as compared to TLC27L1 datasheet, where it says it can.
I would like to use TLV27L1. Please help clarify my confusion.

I had to use TLV27L2 as my L1 samples are missing. I expect all channel variants to have the same performance.
Here is input offset voltage versus common mode voltage.
End of 25C and 85C curves marks phase reversal point.
It appears that the end of the lower common mode range is based on the parasitic and ESD diodes instead of input stage headroom.
The lower range does vary with temperature but won't vary much with process.
-200mV looks good for TLV27L1, but more negative input can cause output phase reversal.
