OPA4137: How to define date code from actual marking on PN: OPA4137U

Part Number: OPA4137

PN: OPA4137UA

We recently purchased this part from TI store but I would like to find out how to determine date code from marking on the actual part.

There was no date code indicated from packing slip or instruction from the data sheet how to interpret what marking is.

On the front of actual part, part marked as below

2CAF3CK

OPA4137U

On the back of actual part, part marked as below

N22

F15

Marking on the front of actual part were same for all 20 pieces

On the other hand marking on the back on this part were different.

I am assuming marking on the back might be something related to date code information which i am not sure about.

Please advise which side of marking defines date code and how to interpret it,
