my customer is using LMV762QMM/NOPB. They would like to know the thickness of the "Cu Sn" coating to evaluate the shelve life of the devices.

Got the information this morning.
The plating thickness is 8 – 20 microns.

8 - 20 microns is a quite large range.
Is this tolerence caused by the plating process or do different parts have different plating thickness?
Is this the part-to-part variation that is caused by the process?
