I am looking for both differential and common mode input impedance spec for THS4021, is that available?

Hello Stephen,

The differential input impedance isn't available. For the common-mode input, the resistance is 1 Megaohm and the capacitance is 1.5pF. This can be found under "Input characteristics" on page 4.
