TL3116: Temperature performance of chip form

I am currently interested in using the chip form of this. I see that it is only test at 25°C. Is there any temperarture information on the use in chip forms enclosed in a hermetic package?

Hi Jason,

Hmmm... I am not seeing the TL3116Y currently in the system. I will have to double-check. Have you received a quote?

The TL3116 is only available in plastic packages, so no hermetic packages. Hermetic packages thermals are a little different than a plastic since most of the heat goes out through the die attach.

What specific info are you looking for?

In the datasheet it says that a chip form in available.
