I’ll have to look into this on my Wednesday. I was looking online at the datasheet and I didn’t see the different revs you mentioned.

Unfortunately I have not been able to track down any information on my own.
is it possible that the customer received a PCN (part change notification)? that would be common if there was a change to the silicon.
I reached out to my quality contact to solicit more information but they are not back in the office until Jan 3.
It is possible that we had a fab transfer which explains the different revision code but there has been no change to the datasheet spec since 2003. My apologies for not being able to share more information until then.

Just a quick update, it does appear that there was a fab transfer but the existing electrical characteristic table holds for both revisions.
Please reply if you need additional information but in the meantime, the existing datasheet parameters cover both revisions.
