What is the thermal resistance (C/W) from junction to case top and bottom for the TLE2144MDW?

    Hello PCM,

    We do not have the thermal resistance (C/W) from junction to case top and bottom information for the TLE2144MDW. It will have to be derived by the packaging team. I have submitted a request to have the work accomplished. It will take a minimum of two weeks for us to receive the report. The actual time depends on the number of other requests in the queue.
