OPA2156: Multiple opamps in parallel?

I’m designing a circuit that requires more output current than a single device can deliver - would it be safe to put multiple OPA2156 in parallel to increase the output current?

Hi Kai,

Thanks for replying to my request. I was thinking a design similar to this one ().

Building an audio power amp out of opamps. So approx 30 amps in parallel with a output resistor going into a 8 ohm load. Unfortuantly I can upload the principal schematic but you can see it on the linked webpage.

Hi Heine,
Yes, you could use 30 OPA2156 in master-slave configuration with tiny output balancing resistors or you could use four OPA564 each capable of delivering 1.5A output current.

Btw would you recommend to use the OPA564 i a master slave configuration as well?

Sure, the master slave configuration should work fine.
You might consider creating the circuit in simulation to try out different components and component values. Here's the link for Tina TI SPICE based simulator:
