LMC6482: Is LMC6482 the best solution to replace AD8667?

Part Number: LMC6482
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA2187, LMC6082, OPA2197, , OPA2196

Dear TI:

We need uesd TI amplifier to replace AD8667,  can you help give some advice? thanks!

  • Hi,

    which parameters must match?

  • Hello user3830479,

To replace the AD8667, check our OPA2187.  OPA2187 is a Zero-Drift(check out the tech note here: http://www.ti.com/lit/an/sbot037a/sbot037a.pdf )  wide supply CMOS OpAmp that easily goes head to head with the competitive device and dominates in all areas.  Please see the spec comparison below and feel free to order some free samples from ti.com/product/OPA2187

  •   Thanks !
OPA2197 is ok?  I thank OPA2197 is more cheaper than OP2187.

  • Hi,

I was trying to keep the IQ down.  The IQ of OPA2197 is 10X that of OPA2187 which is 5X that of LMC6482 and AD8667.  If you're going with a device like this, go with the OPA2196 as the IQ is lower and the cost is even more competitive.
