Is LM2902QPWRQ1 a direct replacement for LM2902MTX/NOPB not withstanding the temperature range?

Hello Chee,

LM2902QPWRQ1 is a direct replacement for LM2902MTX/NOPB. LM2902QPWRQ1 has a different silicon die. Both devices are functionally the same and will both work in a well design application.
