Hi, TI team,
I have study some datasheet of op amp, such as OPA847, OPA843, TLV3541, which are configured as a trans-impedance amplifier for amplifying the light-dependent current of a photo-diode. In these datasheet, the values of feedback capacitor are calculated by formula 1. The source of equation (1) is not described in the datasheet. I would like to know the derivation process of equation (1) or the relevant data files. Can you share it with me?
Hello Amy,
The full development is described here -
1185.Transimpedance design flow using high speed op amps.pptx
Where I summarized a few key points in this recent article, towards the end where I used a transimpedance design example to show 40dB closure rate is not completely forbidden

And, I did just find that the original article is available again on EDN,
The two most recent transimpedance focused devices from high speed are the
CMOS input OPA857
Bipolar input OPA855
