Will the output of this circuit be 20v ? The input Sync_vid_1 is 0 to 3.3v unipolar input coming from FPGA.

    Hello Ashish,

    I would give R85 a value, say 1kohm to make sure the V+ input sees a path for Ibias.

    The gain is set to 6 you will get a 19.8V output.

    Why are you showing R84 as a shunt termination - if you are driving a 75ohm transmission line it needs to be where R83 is and eliminate a resistor to ground. Of course if you are terminating the cable in 75ohm you will get a divide by 2 on that 19.8 at the end of the cable.
