LMH6550: Junction to Case Resistance

Hi,

I am in need of the junction to case resistance for LMH6550. I see that the data sheet only lists the junction to ambient resistance.

    Hi Hadi,

    I was able to find the appropriate thermal characteristics for which you inquired.  I will be providing the metrics for both sets of package types, as I am not sure which of either set you were looking for.

    LMH6550 Set One (LMH6550MM/NOPB LMH6550MMX/NOPB)

    Junction to Case Resistance (R_theta_jc): 67.2 (Degrees Celsius per Watt)

    LMH6550 Set Two (LMH6550MA LMH6550MA/NOPB LMH6550MAX/NOPB)

    Junction to Case Resistance (R_theta_jc): 69.0 (Degrees Celsius per Watt)
