LMV339 VICR common -mode input range

Part Number: LMV339IDR

We are using the LMV339 oparating at 5.0V.
The datasheet 7.6 Electrical Characteristics describes the common mode input voltage as 25 ° C -0.1 to 4.2 V, but the chapter 9.2.2.1 Input Voltage Range describes as follows.
"If operating temperature is above or below 25 ° C. the VICR can range from 0 V to VCC– 0.7 V."

Perhaps the table in 7.6 Electrical Characteristics is not 25 ° C, but it is a mistake of –40 ° C to 125 ° C. Can you please confirm?
If the contents of the above table are correct, can you give me the figures for common mode input voltage at -40 ° C to 125 ° C?
  • Sorry for the confusing information in the datasheet. We will need to investigate and respond to you early next week. We are on holiday break for the rest of this week.

I have confirmed that the EC table is correct.  The VCM range of -0.1V to 4.2V is for 25C only at 5V operation.  The information in section 9.2.2.1 is a bit misleading because it does not refer to the operating voltage and it mentions over-temperature which is not supported by any data in the datasheet.  At higher temperatures, it makes sense that the upper common mode range could expand slightly due to the negative temperature coefficient of the input stage PN junction.  However, the VCM range will narrow slightly at colder temperatures.  Unfortunately, this family of devices has no warranty for the VCM range over temperature.  If a QUAD is required, our TLV1704 has warrantied RRI capability.  For low voltage operation in a DUAL channel, I would recommend our new TLV7032/TLV7042 family which is also RRI.  Sorry that I do not have additional information to provide on the LMV339.
