Part Number: OPA129
Hi,guys!
I have a plan to make Voltage Follower.
Apply Input voltage about 0 ~6 V
I have two questions.
First, There was no information about Common-Mode Input range condition.
I'd like to know the specific conditions.
Second, I wonder if is it working and no problem in my circuit??
Please let me know as soon as possible,
Thanks a lot!
Regards,
Hi Hojin,
You show that you are using a +5 V/-15 V supply. The table conditions are specifically for +/-15 V supplies. Using the Common-mode input range for a +/-15 V supply indicates that the typical VCM is +/-10 V, or 5 V from each supply rail. For your +5 V/-15 V the equivalent VCM of 0 V on the high end and -10 V on the low end. If you apply a positive voltage greater than 0 V the positive VCM input range is exceeded and the OPA129 will not be operating in its linear input voltage range.
The way to fix the problem is to increase V+ to something on the order of +11 V, or greater.
