Forgive me since I am more experienced in TINA than PSpice, I will see if I can get you a "cleaner" pspice model to work with. In the meantime, I hope you find the attached zip files containing the .cir, .olb, and .lib files for the device useful. Attached is the .olb file that you should be able to import into your Pspice model library. From the folder, look for the subcircuit "TLV7021" and you will be able to place the part in your pspice schematic.
If that does not work, take the attached .lib file and open it up in your model editor. Save the file as a new .lib file and then export the part to your capture library as a .olb. From there, you can add the new model into your pspice library as explained above.
