Hello Oscar,

We will need the full part number, as each package has different materials.

Storage temperature is shown on the Abs Max table: -65 to 150C

Normally the materials are shown in the Material Content Search:

http://www.ti.com/materialcontent/home

But the information is not available for this older package.

The lead frame is alloy 42 steel and is plated with a minimum of 200 microinches of 60/40 eutectic lead solder.
