LM3900: Lm359n

Part Number: LM3900

I built up a simple audio amp using lm3900, gain of approximately 10, Inverting. Resistor between 12 volt supply and (+) non-inverting input is 270K, RFeedback from output to inverting input is 135K. Input resistor of 12k to inverting input. Current to non-inverting input 50uA, and Vout is set at VCC/2. This amp output drives directly the base of npn-pnp sziklai pair.

Okay,  having said that, I like this combo, but want to try the LM359N norton amp due to it's much greater gain bandwidth capability and higher slew rate.

My question is, can I build up the LM359N amp using the same binding resistors? I've studied the data sheet formulas and I would think that's OK, but then this IC is programmable and I am not familiar with ISET IN pin 1, and ISET OUT pin8. Can I leave them open, or do they each have to be set with resistors?

Hope I was clear enough.

Thanks for any suggestions.
