LM339A: The difference between LM339ANSR and LM339NSR

Part Number: LM339A
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM339

Hi,

Could you please tell me the difference between LM339ANSR and LM339NSR? I can NOT find the answer from the datasheet.

Thanks.

  • Hi Kevin,

The "A" has lower specified offset voltages.

The differences can be seen on page 7, section 7.7 in the "Electrical Characteristics for LMx39 and LMx39A" table.

For the non-A version, use the LM339 column on the left (5 mV). For the "A" version, use the LM339A column on the right (3 mV).
