Thanks in advice,

  • Hello Sooyeon,

The lead finish for all these parts can be found by going to the Quality and Reliability tab on the product web page. Please see below.

    Thank you,

    Tim Claycomb

  • Hello,

Tim's reply is correct for the commercial version of the product.   However, your question is for the mil versions and most of these will have product pages ending in QML and a different lead finish.   For the LM117H/883, the product page is LM117QML.  Unfortunately, the lead finish is not listed for some of the mil products but we are working on correcting this.

The lead finish for numbers 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 is SnPb solder dip.  Number 4 is an incomplete product number and I am not sure what it is for number 6.  Note that number 6 will not have a separate product page with the QML suffix.

You should submit a separate e2e thread for each product as each product type is covered by a different product group at TI and a blanket question like this will not get to the proper expert.

    Kirby

  • Thanks Kirby,

As your answer will submit the inquiry for each product.

Then what about LM117H/883 lead finish information?

Will you let me know soon or it can't be informed for now?

    thanks

    sooyeon

  • Hi Sooyeon,

Based on Kirby's reply, the LM117H/883 (#2) will have SnPb solder dip lead finish.

    Thank you,

    Tim Claycomb
