Can you give me LM119 spice model and Tina-TI model of LM119? 

  • Unfortunately there is no model available for LM119 or LM306.

    I will close the other post for the LM306 and do my best to help you with your application need as best I can.

    May I ask if you can share any details regarding your application and what you help to learn from your simulation?

    These devices are unique in their functionality.  Does your application utilize a split supply (bipolar) input but you require a ground reference output to communicate with a process or other device that accepts a logic level input?

  • I need an comparator that have +18V/-5V supply voltages and "<50ns" response time. But I want to try it with my complete circuit.

  • what are the required output levels for the application? does the output need to be level shifted up such that the output goes between say 5V and 0V or can the receiving device accept -5V?  since the model for these devices does not exist today, it would take a while to create something for you to simulate with.

  • I can show actual aim with below circuit. 10khz pulse compare with constant voltage. Pulse is between -5V/18V. Pulse voltage can be down with resistor divider but I need an  pulse +18V/-5V output signal and for example below circuit LM111 response time is larger without any load. I need "<50ns" response time when load is added. Can you suggest me any comparator for these purposes?

  • Unfortunately, that is the fasted comparator family that we have that can accommodate that voltage range.

    You may need to use a lower voltage comparator with a digital translator device to level shift the output. I don't believe that you can achieve the speeds that you desire with an open-collector comparator.
