these are TINA-TI simulation files. TINA-TI is a very nice free simulator and can be downloaded here:

Hi Tim,

Thanks for Kai's comments. You will find the PSpice simulator very handy. This is one of circuit simulation tool that we use to exchange technical ideas with our customer.
