INA190-Q1: Is the gain drift and offset drift in datasheet + or +-？

HI Team,

In INA190 datasheet the gain drift and offset drift is as below, is it a always positive specor acutally +- spec?

Gain error: ±0.2% (A1 device) – Gain drift: 5 ppm/°C (max) – Offset voltage, VOS: ±15 μV (max) – Offset drift: 0.13 μV/°C (max)
