OPA340: What OPA340 SPICE model is right: from TINA-TI V9 or from TI's website?

Noise performance is very different for two simulation model of the OPA340 (from TINA-TI V9 and from the TI's site). Which one is wrong?

Hi Alexander,

you apply a negative input voltage to the OPAmp. This violates the common mode input voltage range of OPAmp.

hmm...Point me, please - I do not see where it is. Power is unipolar 0..+5V, input signal 0 to 1V, opamp is follower/buffer amp...
