I need a spice model for the TLV7042 I can use with LTspice. I already have the circuit running in LTspice and would like to change the part number I'm using now to the TLV7042.

We do not officially support LTSpice simulations. Please feel free to use this TLV7041 circuit from TINA, and import the library into LTSpice. The current TINA version on the web is in the process of being revised and republished for the web.
