LMH6554: Expected as LVDS repeater use case?

Hello team,

I'm looking for high speed LVDS(up to 3Gbps) repeater which can receive 50mVpp smaller than LVDS general requirement.
I found that one of the LMH6554 expected use case is "Differential Line Driver".
Does it work for the expected use case or is there any similar use case experience with LMH6554?

Hello Shinya,

"Differential line driver" in this case is referring to applications such as PLC or DSL which deal with analog signals. A dedicated LVDS buffer will probably work better in this case. Moving thread to HSSC team to see if they have a recommended device.

Hi Shinya-san,

The DS25BR150 has a differential threshold of ~0mV so it should be able to work for 50mVpp LVDS signals.

But note that the output will be typical LVDS levels (350mV swing).
