Could you confirm if our LM6211 can support a +/-12V supply, or is it a single voltage AOP?
Also, is there any stability limitation for a gain of 15? (knowing that I do not have any specific Cload in my case)

yes, the LM6211 can also be supplied with +/-12V. The common mode input voltage range specification on page 3 of datasheet translates to -12V...+8.5V then.
Regarding the stability at gain 15, we should know what resistor values in the feedback loop you are using and what load you plan to drive.

The feedback resistor is a 43Kohm.
The outpout load is quasi null.
