Hi Clemens,

The part which was suggested by you is TLV4041‍R5DBVR having a reference voltage of 1.2V.

But my voltage level at the non inverting input is 1.2V only.

If we are going to use this part, I may not get the high logic output.

So please suggest the appropriate MPN for the same.

Hi Manikanta,

I would recommend TLV4041R2 based on your requirements. The TLV4041R2 has an internal reference of 0.2V.

According to table 1, the TL4V4041R5 has a reference voltage of 0.5 V. (It would not make sense that R1 and R5 are identical.)

In the Table 1, it was very clear about the device.

But if you look at the MPNs, no one is matching w.r.t 0.2V or 0.5V reference voltage of Non-inverting type of input.

Sorry for joining the support late but what is your question?  If you require a SOT23 package with non-inverting configuration, the TLV4041R5 is your only option from this product family.  And as noted previously, the reference voltage is 0.5V.
