Is it ok to ground the OUT- on this part. The output is going to go to an analog card in a computer and to isolate the return, it would be connected to the common return on the analog card.

The THP210 is a Fully-Differential Amplifier (FDA).
You can not ground the OUT- terminal of the FDA.
On a fully-differential amplifier, the output stage (OUT+ and OUT-) provides a fully-differential symmetrical signal around the VOCM pin voltage.
The VOCM voltage sets the common-mode voltage of the differential signal, where the VOCM pin is typically biased around mid-supply. See plot below.
