Our customer is using the OPA2674 and they want to know what is the maximum safe voltage on the inputs when the device is in shutdown mode?

Hello Cedrick,

The maximum safe voltage on the inputs in powerdown/shutdown mode is the same as when the amplifier is working normally. This spec is listed in the Abs maximum ratings table on page 2.
