    TI has not performed heavy ion testing on the LM111. LM111 is a bipolar device and SEL would be unexpected.  Note that SET response of an analog product can be highly dependent upon the operating conditions.

    Others have tested it independently and there have been no reports of SEL. Papers on SET testing of the LM111 can be found at IEEE xPlore or by doing an internet search.
