    Hello Jejomar,

    Texas Instruments received the LM2907-N product with the acquisition of National Semiconductor so they originally established the product's maximum junction temperature (Tj). Here is what National stated about the products they developed "National Semiconductor has adopted these industry-wide standards. For devices fabricated in a molded package, the maximum allowable junction temperature is 150°C." Therefore, that maximum Tj applies to the LM2907-N.
