OPA320: SHDN pin

Hi team,

 

Can OPA320/322S SHDN pin allow NC ? It means that OPA320/322 has internal pull-up resistor or something to keep active even if SHDN is open ?

    A short answer is no - you may NOT float SHDN pin in OPA320S or OPA322S.  The shutdown pin must be connect to appropriate supply voltage or driven within 100mV of positve rail to enable the amplifier or within 100mV of negative rail to disable it - see below.
