I wanted to know that how can I simulate an AC coupled transimpedance amplifier as shown below. How can I simulate the circuit to check its stability? What are the equations to calculate the bandwidth and feedback capacitance?
My photodiode capacitance is .65pF on the required bandwidth of 600MHz, gain is 2k or higher.
I will prefer to use OPA855.
