AMC1200: non-isolated power supply for AMC1200/AMC1301

Hi,

The high side gate driver is non-isolated, like UCC27714. Can I use the power supply between HB and HS (Cboot) to power VDD1/GND1 of AMC1301/1200? I will add a linear regulation for better regulation and noise.

I'm considering if I could remove the isolated power supply for a non-isolation requested application.

    Hi Di,

    I don't see any reason why you would not be able to use an LDO across CBoot to power either the AMC1200 or the AMC1301. I'll ask the UCC27714 team for their opinion as well.
