hello sir,

my avalanche photo diode reverse voltage is 250v and 4.4pf capacitance 60a/w responsivity ,with input light rise time is 6-7ns(50 TO 60MHZ BAND WIDTH)

FOR THIS INPUTS OPA847 IS SUITABLE OR NOT,IF ANY ANOTHER GOOD PART IN TI PLEASE recommended

Hi Veerababu,

figure 3 of datasheet presents a recommended TIA. Can you show us a schematic of the circuit you plan to build? What is the desired transimpedance?

Hi veerababu,

I would also suggest looking at the OPA858, as it is a newer and higher bandwidth part.
