TL331: TL331Q1 support the AEC-Q100 or not

Hi  Experts:

I'd like to know if the TL331IDBVRQ1 does support the AEC-Q100 standard or not , I didn't find any formation that this device support Q100.

    Hi Jason,

    Yes.

    The TL331IDBVRQ1 is AEC-Q100 grade 3 (-40 to +85C) qualified.

    The TL331QDBVRQ1 is AEC-Q100 grade 1 (-40 to +125C) qualified.

    Devices in which the part number *ENDS* in "Q1" are AEC-Q100 qualified (but not necessarily grade 1 - some can be grade 3 or grade 0 - as in the TL331-Q1 case).
