My customer has a question about THS9000.

[Q]

What is the current value flowing through the BIAS pin?

They want to know that to determine the power tolerance of the resistance connected to the BIAS terminal.

Hi Kaede,

the EVM takes a 1/8W resistor in 0805 package. I think it's wise to adopt that and not to take a smaller resistor.

Unfortunately this is not characterized. You can still measure the voltage drop across a 0806 resistor of your desired value to determine the current. It should be less than a milliamp.
